Your doctor may tell you not to take ledipasvir if you are taking one or more of these medications or may monitor you carefully for side effects. Many other medications may also interact with the ledipasvir tablet.
  • Tell your doctor about any herbal supplements you're taking while taking the ledipasvir tablet.
  • If you're using cimetidine, ranitidine, famotidine, or nizatidine for indigestion, heartburn, or ulcers, notify your doctor. You may be told to take these 12 hours before or after the ledipasvir tablet by your doctor.
  • If you've had a liver transplant or have the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), tell your doctor. Also, if you have or have had had any form of liver illness other than hepatitis C, renal disease, or are on dialysis, tell your doctor.
